What’s new in Cape May? We now offer Hawk Haven wines!

We’re now proud to offer wines from Cape May County’s award-winning Hawk Haven Vineyard.

The youngest of three sons, Todd Wuerker and his older brother Ken planted the first grapevines, Cabernet Sauvignon, on their great-grandfather’s farm in 1997 before Todd was even of the legal drinking age. Hawk Haven leverages the sandy soils and cool ocean summer breezes on the Cape May Peninsula to create the perfect growing conditions for crafting fine artisan wines, using local and estate-grown vinifera grapes in all their wines.

You’ll enjoy pairing our farm-fresh meals with Chef Todd’s selection of Hawk Haven’s finest vintages. Enjoy the 2016 Dry Rose with its crisp bright acidity and hints of unripe strawberry and watermelon, or the plummy Proprietor’s Red Blend with its juicy blackberry and red currant note.  BPF has a wide selection to pair with your farm-to-table meal.
