What’s more enjoyable than spending a Saturday outdoors with the family on a beautiful spring day?  We invite you to spend Saturdays with us at Beach Plum Farm for Spring at the Farm and enjoy some farm fresh fun for the whole family.  We’ll be open for breakfast from 8-10:30am so you can score some of Chef Todd’s famous fried egg sandwiches– made with our own free-range eggs, of course.
Tour the farm and market, watch the crops come up, and visit the piglets. Stay for lunch and grab a picnic table, relax, and listen to some live music by the Sundogs. We’ll be serving up farm-to-table specials inspired by the week’s harvest and ice cold beer from Cape May brewery to quench your thirst.  The farm market will be open until 5, so you can pick up some fresh spring produce, eggs and meats to stock your fridge for the week.
Spring at the Farm will feature Activities & Education for the Whole Family, including– Future Farmer activities @ 1pm:  April 29– Making paper flower pots, May 6– Getting to know our pigs, May 13– Getting to know our chickens,  May 20– How does your salad grow, May 27– Getting to know our chickens.  And don’t forget about our Hay Rides with Blue the Pig! The food and festivities run from 11am-5pm every Saturday from April 29th to May 27th.
Bring your camera and tripod Sundays.  Starting April 23, we’ll be open for breakfast for our birding friends at 6:30am to celebrate the spring migration!
